School Development 

At Pencaerau Primary, we believe in 'Learning for Life'  helping every child grow into a confident, curious, and caring learner. Our School Development Plan is all about making our school the best it can be for our children, families, and community.

Each year, the plan helps us focus on the most important areas of school life:

• Helping every child achieve and make strong progress in their learning.
• Creating a safe, happy school where children are ready to learn and feel proud of themselves.
• Making sure teaching is exciting, effective, and meets the needs of all learners.

We regularly review our progress and update the plan to make sure it meets the needs of our children and helps them thrive—not just in school, but in life.
